To be an engineering team leader for all new product development, current product and oddments businesses in the company in accordance with standarts of customers and Group companies with close link with all departments, in fulfilment of Engineering needs-Responsibility for the OEM projects as Engineering Leader in the Sideairbag platform-Coordination and cooperation with the technical centrals abroad during the development process.-Giving technical trainings and seminars to the customers-Managing the VeVa

- Responsibility for managing the OE & Aftermarket projects of shock absorbers according the OEM customer requirements of (Fiat Auto Spa, Alfa Romeo,Nissan, Askam, Iveco,Renault etc.)- Executing and coordinating the activities from the beginning of the project until the seriesproduction. (Ride work, Auto qualification tests, Design FMEA etc.)- Customer representative of Fiat Auto SpA. in the company-Finding solutions for the customer complaints-Coordination with the development central in Germany.

Responsibility for the fire protection systems projects according to the NFPA Standards including the technical sales, designing, installation and start up the system, in the frame of constructions industry.
