Carrying out internal audits.  Investigating customer complaints, launching needed corrective/preventive actions and following-up.  Submitting internal trainings about Quality Management, coordinating external trainings.  Formulating Material Quality Plan, integration with the ERP system.  Ensuring coordination and cooperation between departments, organizing periodic meetings.  Giving support to quality control act

 Putting into practice the corporate procedures on purchasing demands of departments of the Holding & Sabancı Center Management, investigating appropriate materials or items that fit demands, evaluating price proposals and realizing purchasing process.  To proceed and to procure imports and repair & maintenance facilities that should be executed abroad.  To proceed and to register data to the materials management module in ERP system.
