Volodymyr Gaidash

Leading a team of 25 professionals, I am responsible for External, Regulatory, Internal Communications, Investor Relations and CSR at a 21,000 strong largest Ukrainian and Central and Eastern European natural gas producer (14,6 bcm - 75% of all Ukrainian gas production, 7% of Ukraine's taxes) at the national level and in the regions. I am also in charge of managing relationships with International Media and technological partners and investors at external marketsincluding organising roadshows and visits.

I was responsible for Corporate Communications at the Ukrainian enterprises of EVRAZ: EVRAZ DMZ Metallurgical plant, EVRAZ Bagleykoks and EVRAZ Sukha Balka iron ore mine. My position encompasses both internal communications for around 14K staff members and external communications. I also deal with branding of all EVRAZ buildings and premises in Ukraine.I manage a team of ten PR professionals in three locations.

I have completed the course being the first Ukrainian to receive this certificate. The IR discipline is at the border of PR, Finance, Accounting, legal and regulatory. Significant attention was paid to IPO process and building the function for listed companies.
