As a Chief Business Development Officer my main responsibilities are coordination and management of Sales and Marketing departments. I strongly believe in the aptitude and uniqueness of people with whom we collaborate. Their passion for their work is the fuel for our company and is what drives us onward towards the future. Responsibilities: - developing corporate project management standart; - managing project schedule, scope and cost; - collecting and analyzing of project initiatives of employees; -- team management (personal, team spirit and motivation). Achievements: - decrease in duration analysis of project on 20% - collected and analyzed 800 initiatives; - prepared corporate project management standard based on PMBOk; - successfully prepared documantation for 10 house projects and 22 external projects.

Responsibilities: - Analyzing functional requirements and specifying them to an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the project team; - Preparing and conducting elicitation sessions, accurately gathering requirements; - Identifying and tracking changes to requirements; - Communicating with the client and project team bringing all to a common understanding of functional requirements - Supporting the project team during design, development and testing of the solution
