I was the final signatory in all the matters of business transition in the association, and the final decision maker. The position was not easy because I lacked major skills in management and administration, the Association was small and it was a community based organization. The position was very threatening though I enjoyed a high lever of gain in leadership development at work and respect plus knowledge acquisition as I responded to the various challengers I faced in the position.
