Support the managers in developing their managerial skills and posture through our remote coaching courses. I took product management lead at MoovOne and work together with a functional team on a the creation of a new B2B platform

Zinsgold is a fast growing, well-funded Fintech venture based in Berlin that offers German savers a fast and easy way to invest their deposits into one of the safest available fixed-term investment on the German market. I was leading the product team from concept until post-launch, owning the product vision and development on the web platform.

I supported the founder in the set up of his new tech startup from day one. Support of the Mergers & Acquisitions Transaction Team - Market and industry analysis - Tracking of potential investors - Preparation of company profiles/teasers - Preparation of pitch documents, reports, information memoranda and data rooms

Within the Corporate Finance Risk Management Team, I had the opportunity to create and implement a new CDS-based tool to evaluate companies probability of default. I also supported the team in its daily and weekly reporting tasks and participated in the improvement of the reporting process.

Support of the treasury Risk Management team - Development of an internal Covered Bond rating methodology: analysis of the issuer structure, of the legal frameworks, review of covered bond programs' specifics (e.g. cover-pool characteristics, level of overcollateralization, LTV ratio, asset-liability management, special supervision or compliance with European legislation) - Development of tools using VBA and SQL (reports automation, ...) - Participation to the 7. LBBW European Covered Bond Forum
