I worked on ‘Process design and techno-economic analysis of, a) various production processes for recycled methanol, and b) carbonated concrete.’ • Development of process simulation models of different methanol production routes, involving utilization of captured CO2 and steel-by product gases feeds • TEA evaluations of above methanol processes • LCA of above methanol production routes • Synthesis of process models, TEA, and LCA for the utilization of waste CO2, incorporating it into concrete matrices

I worked on various sugarcane biorefineries cases – annexed to sugar mill, and performed life cycle assessments (LCA) of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Also, simulated and economically evaluated the sugarcane-based first-generation glutamic acid and polyethylene production processes

I worked on techno-economic analysis of hydrothermal liquefaction for processing sewage sludge into renewable liquid fuels • Aspen Plus process model development for HTL of sewage sludge, utilizing literature data, and experimental data from the Aarhus University pilot plant • Determination of minimum fuel selling price (MFSP), capital (Capex) and operational (Opex) expenditures of the process, and • Sensitivity analysis of various operational and economic parameters on the MFSP of the produced biocrude

I worked on Gas-to-Liquid technology development for floating production storage and offloading applications.

I provided industrial water treatment services during commissioning and operation of 225 MW combined cycle power plant at Hubco Narowal, Pakistan.
