A software house provides retail solutions for the clients, my job duties include: • Handling customers enquiries • Negotiation and organizer • Dealing with quotations of each projects • Marketing promotions (seminar, online advertisement, promotion leaflet design, EDM database collection, cold calls etc)

This is an uniform manufacturer which helps the clients to produce the uniform for retail shops and customer service sectors, my duties included: • Handling customers enquiries • Following up every production procedures (from design, sampling, mass production and delivery) of each clients • Communicating with the factory in mainland china • Dealing with the quotations of each projects
