DineInFast is an application which changes the environment of the customer and gives them a new edge and experience in terms of ordering their food while in the restaurant. Currently we have 2 chains of 5 hotes each who are using our services in the Middle East.

•Manage and Update stocks of Tyres on Microsoft Office, e.g. MS Excel, MS Word •Carry out end of Day Sales •Visit various clients in order to get new contracts in London •Manage one of the shops, by regularly visiting it and check on how staff members are performing their duties •Work on Marketing strategies, to promote the business by creating and distributing leaflets and banners to create an awareness of the business Visit Germany on regular basis to get the tyres.

•Create and Run Marketing Campaigns online •Contact and Sell Software’s to different Hotels; mainly 5*, 4* and 3* around Europe; Turkey, Ireland, Brazil and Germany •Write blogs for the company on the company website •Run a competitor analysis online on different social media website, to find out what our competitors are doing in the market •Work with CRM to update new clients details, entering data

•Providing customers information on sofas; ensuring that sales end smoothly and up sell extra products; e.g. rugs, tables, lamps etc. •Mentoring new part time graduates and giving them sales tips •Filling in Financial documents, run credit checks, and help with the Sales Process •Persuading Customers to take the latest deals and introducing them to DFS Loans Schemes •Ad-hoc administrative duties as required, including filing, data entry, providing customer service on telephone, etc.

• Assistant Auditor (Global Procurement) Controls Assurance Utility • Transfer information from the Audits into Work plans on MS Excel to analyze the results • Identify which area is High, Medium or Low Risks for the Suppliers in certain departments • Create Presentations on MS PowerPoint of the results which have been analyzed for managers

•To maintain stock levels in the different sections within the store •Performing cash and card transactions •Training new customer service assistants with Manager •Selling shoes, clothes and accessories
