Study of proposals, participating in bids for the construction of mining infrastructure projects. Participation in the preparation process for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications.

Responsible for pre-planning and on-site development of early works for the project that will house the Fred Young Submillimeter Telescope (FYST), which, at the time of its commissioning, will be the most advanced telescope in the world in its detection spectrum. The work was carried out for the CCAT Consortium (Cerro Chajnantor Atacama Telescope), represented in Chile by the University of Cologne, and is located on Cerro Chajnantor, at 5,650 masl, within the Atacama Astronomical Park, Antofagasta region.

Study of proposals, participating in bids for the construction of mining, industrial and scientific infrastructure projects.

Responsible for the project management cycle including study of proposals, negotiation with clients, control of costs, quality, safety and planning of works, relationship with subcontracts and suppliers.

Management of the Civil Engineering program; programming, planning and control of resources for its proper operation; organization of work teams; maintenance and deepening of relationships with other institutions and companies; preparation of the 2010 and 2011 budgets; preparation of the 2011-2015 strategic plan of the School of Engineering.

Responsible for managing construction contracts for the development of new cellular infrastructure sites, handling a portfolio of over 150 projects, located in different regions of Chile; reviewing and endorsing its technical and financial feasibility; coordinating and validating their engineering projects; assigning and supervising construction contractors; controlling budgets and progress; and addressing their potential social and environmental impacts.
