• Managing a portfolio of EGP 70M Liabilities , EGP 40M Assets and 2900 customers. • I’m working to develop potential business and identify opportunities within the retail market and establish sales strategies to increase my portfolio. • I lead and manage a team of 7 employees. • Working to enhance the branch Net Banking Income, which respectively increases the Branch risk adjusted net profit.

•Conduct an assigned portfolio of customers and providing new-to-bank Retail, HNW, SMB relationships and fresh funds to grow with my existing portfolio. •Supervising the retail team and providing them with the required support. • I’m responsible to drive profitable volume growth through extensive selling of Consumer Banking products.

• Handling portfolio of Retail premium customers and playing the intermediary role between them and bank’s departments, in order to ensure the smooth work flow. • Build, and retain strong relationship with my customers for prospect business. • Cross selling Retail and commercial banking products and services such as; Secured and non-secured assets, Liabilities, Bancassurance and Commercial services for retail and SMBs clients.
