I´m in charge of administering Oracle Databases for Novartis Laboratories in Asia Pacific and Americas Region. My basic tasks are (but not limited to): -Taking/creating scheduled change tickets. -Ticket problem solving during oncall shifts.

I was in charge to resolve problem and change tickets for the America Airlines account by administering their Oracle Databases

I was a supervisor taking escalated calls from MCI customers regarding their account with the company. i was focused on Maximize Customer Satisfaction and reduce this amount of calls.

I was in charge of taking calls into MCIs nationwide customers and resolver their problems and answer their concerns in order to improve their satisfaction with the Company's services provided to them. Also I was in charge to upsell new services to them so they can take advantages of new services and features offered.
