Applied research & development scientist involved in statistical experimental design, laboratory, pilot-scale and plant-scale technical evaluations and implementation of packaging resin products and manufacturing technology.

Supported the commissioning of a new polyethylene terephthalate resin plant with an annual capacity of approximately 900 million pounds. Developed and authored procedures for system pre-commissioning, startup and standard operations for continuous polymerization production lines. Established process conditions, maintained product production within specifications and troubleshooting of process issues.
