Started as key user during the SAP PUR implementations in Belgium: defining the processes, training end-users, setting up test scenario's, support. Also involved with further roll-outs in Germany and China, but as a SAP team member: responsible for customizing, training, setting up the processes, post go live support , ticket solving. Processes like contracts, global contracts, release procedures, e-procurement.

Buying of packaging materials, involved with price negotiations, setting up contracts, planning of stock, quality, vendor evaluations. Strong mathematic skills. Key user for the legacy systems and training of the end users
