The overseeing of the strategic planning and operations of the network. i am responsible for the hiring of key executives and the seating of the board of directors. To ensure the corporate goals are set and the people are in place to realize the goals. The launch of the network into 35 markets within 3 months. Under my management The country network has increased from 300k in distribution to over 25 million in distribution in less than 4 months.

Managed the day to day operations of the company. Supervised the production, promotions, sales, and stations for the group owners. I also was responsible for the distribution and management of the content and the hiring and firing of employees. Oversaw all operations of the firm. Secured over 2000 country music video titles within 18 months and launched a television network for less than 3 million dollars. Bought out the owners of the company in August of 2009.
