Project: Datavolt Hyperscale 16MW Data Center, Riyadh, KSA. Duties: Led BIM implementation and information management in accordance with ISO 19650. Managed Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) CDE, BIM workflows, MIDP/TIDP, model coordination, and LOD 400 delivery. Chaired coordination meetings, managed multidisciplinary BIM teams, client reviews, clash resolution, quality assurance, and digital information exchange to support construction planning and project delivery.

Project: Wadi Safar, Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, KSA. Duties: Reviewed contractor BIM deliverables, federated models, clash reports, and coordination submissions for compliance with EIR, BEP, LOD, and BIM standards. Verified critical clashes, monitored coordination progress, provided technical review comments, and supported issue resolution. Ensured MIDP compliance, Aconex CDE workflows, model quality, and timely BIM deliverables while identifying coordination risks affecting construction.

• Leading BIM and digital delivery activities in direct support of construction and project management teams on building projects. • Acting as the coordination interface between design consultants, site teams, and client representatives to resolve constructability and delivery issues. • Supporting project managers through BIM-based coordination, clash resolution, and validation of design intent against construction sequencing.

-Led development of multidisciplinary BIM models for design visualization, clash detection and construction planning. - Led the pre-construction phase for concept development and accurate quantity take-offs for various fit-out and standalone retail construction projects. - Led clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination, improving design efficiency across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
