In this year I was stay in Germany Bonn to support the acceptance test of a new GSM/UMTS/LTE version for DT(Deutsche Telekom). My job is to negotiate the test plan with DT and deal with all problems found in the test.

In this period I am located in Norway Oslo, participate the swap project for the first two operators in Norway which replaced most parts of wireless equipments by our company, including GSM/UMTS swap and LTE deployment. I focused on the delivery security, such as handling the KPI dropping problems or discussing the deployment solutions.

In this four months I was transferred to Spain Madrid from Norway Oslo for a short-term support. I was engaged in an innovation project which be held by Spain Vodafone and our company jointly. The main job is to excavate customers’ ideas on OSS(Operation Support System) products and then push HQ to analyze and implement the useful parts of the ideas.

Stay in Germany Munich, serving for the swap projects of Germany O2. My task is to maintain the swapped system, including system upgrade and transformation, the most important part is to handle all the problems which raised by customers.

Stay in Shenzhen R&D center in Guangdong province of China. I was concentrated the design and development for wireless OSS system.
