Created and maintained registrations and listings for Consumer Healthcare products. Ensured the accuracy and compliance of advertisements.  Drove efficiency projects to minimise time spent on routine tasks and to automate procedures to reduce variations and continuation errors.  Realised improved internal processes for consistency across the team and to develop better access to information gleaned from experience.

(6 month maternity leave cover contract) Registered products within Australia and globally and ensured the company followed the rules and regulations of individual countries.  Developed a database to keep a current record of current registrations and associated information. This sped up response time to queries, and improved team efficiency.  Trained staff in basic Project Management and the use of Microsoft Project to improve ability to plan and track long-term registrations and projects.

Responsible for all aspects of the Chemistry Laboratory and team. Developed, wrote and validated methods for QC Chemistry use. Managed and maintained resources such as HPLC (Waters - Millenium), CE (Agilent - Chemstation), Karl-Fischer, and consumables. Trained staff.  Communicated analysis of technical information and results to different audiences from supervisors to upper management. Final results for stability testing were adopted for use in presentations by Medical and Clinical Affairs VP and Chemist
