Oversee the running of busy restaurant and more than 20 staff . Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the restaurant/bar (accounts, staff scheduling, food/liquor ordering, marketing and promotions). Total sales increased by more than 10% year on year

Responsible for a territory of 250 accounts in East London totaling approximately $2.4million in revenue annually. Main objectives included new business generation, consultative selling, client facing, pitch presentation, generating proposals and client entertaining.

Responsible for the launch and the generation of advertising revenue of a national entertainment/city guide in the UK.

Managed the field marketing activity of the UK Barclaycard Account ($2 million annually). Oversee a sales team of 7 Field Managers and more than 100 field staff. Trained all staff in related Personal Selling skills and mentored the sales team on a daily basis.
