Wiebke Tamme

As business manager at the German International School Toronto, I oversee administrative operations and am responsible for the departments Admissions, Human Resources, Marketing and Finance/Accounting. In this position, I report to the Board of Trustees relating to school administration and as a member of the management team I actively support the School‘s development.

As Finance Manager, I established monthly financial reporting to Board of Trustees, and enhanced financial transparency. My responsibilities include management of the annual budgeting and forecasting planning processes including cash flow, preparation of variance analyses and action catalogues. Additionally, I am responsible for the year-end audit of financial statement procedures and collaboration with external auditors. In this position, I manage monthly payroll for 20+ employees and contract drafting.
