 Contribute to reducing the complexity of core business processes within the Cards, Payments and eCommerce domains in order to optimize client centricity.  Contribute to the realisation of an integrated Configuration Management System (CMS) to facilitate vertical monitoring from the business application layer to the business process layer in order to visualize an impact analysis on the effected customer services.

 Align, improve and optimize core business processes.  Create and drive the ‘go-to-market’ strategy for the process intellige offering ARIS PPM.  Create a process mining Quick Scan offering.  Develop a process mining practice by recruiting and training 7 high-potential business process consultants.

 Position the ‘added value’ of the SAS Business Intelligence platform proposition.  Prepare and build business cases together with customers and prospects.  Initiate, start and monitor Proof–of-Value studies.  Prepare bid-proposals for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
