Seit Juli 2025 befinde ich mich nach dreijähriger Altersteilzeit im Ruhestand. Nun kann ich mir gut vorstellen, mich weiterhin temporären oder projektbezogenen Aufgaben zu widmen – insbesondere dort, wo meine Erfahrung gefragt ist.

Team merger with other machined parts like crankshaft, camshaft and conrod for heavy and medium duty engines additional to the casted parts. Starting of the transformation process from diesel engines to ZEV with validation of components for inhouse production.

Planning of production lines for cast parts, esp. blocks and heads, for Diesel engines for commercial vehicles. Diverse capacity increase projects and preparation for next genearation of heavy duty engines.

Planning assembly process of engines for commercial vehicles. Start and ramp-up series of Euro 6 heavy and medium duty Diesel engines with reduction of hours per unit and optimization of Output.

Industrialisation of Diesel engine in India for the new brand Bharat Benz. Manufacturing Engineering for local assmbly and test of engines and transmissions in Chennai with start of production in 2012.

Manufacturing Engineering for assembly of medium duty Diesel engines including cold and hot test Equipment. Focus Areas have been planning of equipment, Change management and industrial Engineering.

Industrial accounting and cost center controlling
