Identify, implement and monitor all Supply Chain and SAP relevant issue with regards to the foundation of the Bayer Animal health Gmbh

Secure delivery of goods to Asia/Pacific and Latinamerica region; accountable for inventories and DOH; further improve business processes; Process and ERP improvement projects (SAP, MAPICS) in various countries of Asia and Latinamerica; Leadership experience

Support and further develop SAP R/3 and APO systems; guarantee system life cycle management; improve business processes; consult affiliates in SAP implementation; Leadership experience and Budget responsibility

Design, implement and train new logistical planning process (VMI) and APS-system for Bayer Animal Health business group. (Deployment of SA-APO); Leadership experience

Business process re-design, process documentation and master data mapping as preperation for global SAP implementation

Support, train and further develop ERP system (Non-SAP); implement, train and support salesforce automatisation system (CRM)

Design, implement and support a project management system for advertising projects: Included user training, further development with IT dept., project management, cost controlling

Conduct product lifecycle management for pharmaceutical products; lead interdisciplinary product launch teams

Plan, conduct and evaluate quality tests for human pharmaceutical products
