Primary custodian for a distributed implementation of Workspace One UEM. Working across several domains in a highly secure and complex environment, I work to increase mobility in the Department of Safeguards while adhering to a rigid security posture.

Planned and executed a digital transformation with a hybrid cloud infrastructure topology for an internationally distributed water desalination organization. Network and infrastructure managed was spread across 13 different facilities in the Caribbean, South America and Africa. Infrastructure included vSphere, VSAN, Hyper-V, Windows Server AD stack. Deprecated Exchange 2010 with a migration to Office 365, Okta SSO and Mimecast e-mail protection suites.

I began this position as a Helpdesk technician for Bayshore Technologies. Vology acquired Bayshore Technologies. I was promoted to Lead Helpdesk Specialist effective January 2012, after the acquisition completed and then to Service Desk Team Lead effective June 2014. I led a team of six service desk agents and two system engineers in supporting more than 70 external companies, providing mentorship and escalation assistance in highly varied, custom environments.
