In charge of several pallet accounts from different transport companies. The main task was account reconciliation with 2ic software, supported by Chepmate and Loscam online systems, as well as preparing monthly reconciliation reports with important KPIs for customers. Other duties included pallet loss analysis and recovery, which lead in some cases to discrepancy investigation in liaison with CHEP and Loscam.
