Responsible for head two teams within departement: a) Team Cash Management (providing cash management solutions to corporate clients) b) Team Project Implementation (project lead for implementing enhanced cash solutions) Team size overall: 12

Responsibility for Cash & Trade Finance department’s portfolio management office. Planning and organizing department projects prioritization process. Monitoring of internal departmental processes to ensure project quality standards. Accountable for implementation of Payments & Treasury projects. Analyses of customer needs in close collaboration with customers and sales units, outline solution specifications and providing project management lead.

Supply market and competitor research to support product development. Provide comprehensive advice to front units. Provide and implement tailor made payments pricing solutions to support acquisition of cash management mandates (direct contribution in successful acquisitions). Managing the departments marketing planning and budgeting.

Development and implementation of payments prize strategy and establishment of software partner management function to support payments sales strategy. Assist sales units in acquisition of Cash Management mandates (e.g. direct contribution in acquisition of largest CH payments customer). Supply comprehensive market and competitor research to support product development. Provide client analysis reports to operations and sales units. Managing the departments marketing planning and budgeting.

Accountable for development and delivery of payments solutions (focus on commercial customers requirements). Analyses of customer needs in close collaboration with customers and sales units, outline solution specifications and providing project management lead (e.g. successful implementation of new client payments platform for buk payments including client migration).

Fully accountable for establishment and management of new business team. Responsible for migration of Custody reporting solutions on new platforms as part of the SBC/SBG merger. Development and implementation of Custody Services in the area Electronic Banking (focus Investment Reporting and Portfolio Reporting).

Fully accountable for establishment and management of new business team. Development and delivery of investment reports to institutional clients on a regular basis. Provide comprehensive advice to sales organization and support acquisition of new mandates (e.g. direct involvement in acquisition of largest custody mandate in CH).
