• Building a global network of strategic partners to strengthen the company´s sales activities as well as the technology and service portfolio • Identification and development of market and partner potential (Channel partners & strategic resellers) to develop a detailed business strategy and new business opportunities • Develop and market joined products with global leading market research companies to deliver value-adding service and insights to our customers

• Responsible especially for marketing and sales setup in the foundation phase (webpage development, marketing campaigns, social media, retailer network and negotiations, etc.) • Established internal processes, communication structures and project management setup • Development of strong relationships to external production sites in Poland and Portugal incl. contract negotiations

• Translation of customers business strategy and operating model into processes and workflows of business application tool (SAP) • Support of project management in the following areas: o Creation and maintenance of project controlling & effort-estimation sheets o Preparation of documentation material (Intercompany agreement, info collector, configuration rationale documents, cut-over plan) o Drafting of the project plan for EA assessments with 30+ entities worldwide

- Finanz- und Budgetplanung in Absprache mit öffentlichen Ämtern - Entwicklung interner Vereinsstrukturen und nachhaltiger Arbeitsprozesse - Einführung Salesforce - Mitgliederverwaltung & Pflege des Vereinskontos - Aufbau eines breiten Netzwerks (bisher u.a. mit: Konsulat Mexiko, Konsulat Chile, Thomson Reuters Foundation, Das Hunger Projekt, ChildFund, Engelhorn Sports, betterplace.org) - Digitales Crowdfunding - Veranstaltungs- und Projektmanagement (z.B. Charity-Läufe: SAP Arena Marathon)

• Kontinuierliche Analyse der Prozesse & Konzeption, Vorstellung und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen • Abwicklung der nachgelagerten Finanzprozesse (Accounting & Controlling) • Kundenkommunikation im Rahmen der von mobile jobs vermarkteten Anzeigen • Selbständiges Anlegen, Verwalten und Abschließen von Kampagnen • Erstellung von Marketing- und Investorenunterlagen
