As project manager built a functional agile team of eight, coached junior staff, and lead the three-year development of a simulation model that covers the entire country of Switzerland and is microscopic from travel demand through agent-based traffic simulation. As product owner manage the backlog consisting of development and applications. Model application supports decisions in business cases such as rail service planning, intermodal service extension, and long-term future scenarios.

As an expert for travel modeling and ridership forecasting, contributed to rail service planning projects and to the improvement of existing simulation models, with an emphasis on international demand and on emerging competition in the travel markets.

Lead the consulting practice in transportation modeling and simulation across Citec’s offices in Switzerland and France. As project manager, developed new multimodal and tour-based travel models for the metropolitan areas of Grand Genève (CH-F) and Alpes Maritimes (F).
