Lead projects and Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Product Managers to achieve project targets and fill for their roles and responsibilities and understand needs to business and propose amendments; elaborate on technical limitations & workarounds. Prepare product backlog, features list, user stories/epics and basic mockups and prioritize it and set the acceptance criteria per each and review and approve product design, technical architecture and test cases.

Assigned to create & design state-of-the-art innovative ideas & solutions that add value to a certain product portfolio & enhance customer journey, elevate the group's new cloud solutions; support migration to it & handle deployment of different solutions & its evolutions & document & share best practices, validation, training & support; in alignment with software architecture interface/protocol & perform overall follow up on the solution & its test campaigns & qualification process & test plan preparation.

Pair with fellow software development engineers in coding activities at Orange Labs., Mainly assigned to backend software development activities with server teams coding for db, dao, application server, protocol gateways, os, kernel; also fill-in for frontend tasks upon need, Understand basic needs to business through the textual task breakdown of features by project team

Manage the end-to-end product validation process from planning to reporting in order to cope with the rising complexity of services and offers and elevate its simplicity, usability and QOS, Plan and anticipate technical resources and organize test campaigns and perform complete FUT & UX validation cycles, Work on people psychological behavior and plan validation campaigns and explain constraints based in user experience. develope methods and tools to shorten the duration of the ergonomic validation process.

Provide technical point of contact for customers’ incidents and Responsible for resolving it both "proactively" and "reactively", either solely or with the help/intervention of other teams and document details, & act as Main technical point of contact, dedicated to 7 of the top customers within the group Red-Carpet Customers and 2 of the top customers in France Diamond Customers, handling their network and OS in a multivendor environment “Cisco, iDirect, Alcatel-Lucent, Juniper, Microsoft and Redhat”.
