• In charge of the new industrial strategy for Dior Fashion Jewelry (from Premium to Luxury), • Managing the Development, Industrialization, Production, together with Creation and Marketing, • Responsible of the development, until the generation of prototypes and their validation, • Responsible of the global Production Process (Italy/France/Thailand), from Industrialization to serial production and shipments to retailers, • Full P&L responsibility
