Responsible for Accounts Receivable, monitoring multiple regions such as Ireland and Mexico. Leading and coordinating the team responsible for activation programmes and concepts/ideas for the Mexican operations. Responsible for Credit Control of the Mexican and Spanish markets. Ensuring business targets and objectives are consistently met or exceeded.

Management of Accounts Receivable as sole liaison between the subsidiary Bayer Crop-science and its customers, furthermore all communications were in Italian. Project Manager for a team of 20 developing a prize winning internal marketing video presentation to improve inter-departmental communication.

Developing company marketing and advertising strategies by analysing the market environment of the retail sector. Implementing campaigns at the point of sale, redefining and customizing it when needed. Brand development through merchandising within the stores and controlling the output of the advertising through being involved in it’s design. Supporting the implementation of CRM analysing customer’s needs and competitor’s strategies.

Working in close conjunction with key client representatives to develop marketing strategies. Developing trade marketing ideas for the French and Spanish retailers. Analysing customer needs for the Spanish market.

Specialisation in Marketing & Management Project: Analysis of cross cultural buying behavior of Spanish and German consumers with regards to consumer goods. I spent an exchange year in Italy, (2004) at the Free University Bolzano.
