Develop a strong understanding of business requirements in the area of Securities Trading, Risk and Performance measurement, Investment Accounting and Cash Management to define the process and system improvement and translate business requirements into effective delivery of technology solutions.

Critically perform change impact analysis. Establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Provide technical insight and propose potential solution.Support the testing (SIT/ UAT) in clarifying issues and enable retesting to secure the sign- off within the set timelines.

Troubleshooting for Wall Street 7.4.10 Treasury Management and Cash Management module to support Regional Treasury Center (Front and Back office) for cash management operation, portfolio legal structure maintenance, risks management and hedge accounting.Initiate business process improvement, designing and development for new requirement including the changes to existing process per business.

Detection, analysis, resolution, and documentation of all IT faults in accordance with standards. Provide first level support and escalation of faults with ITIL Service Support Processes and Tools (HP Service Center). Work with the application business owner at Corporate Banking (front to back office), Investment Banking (middle to back office) and Privat Banking & Asset Management for application enhancement request.
