Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns in IBERIA, support training and development initiatives, and assist employees with HR-related matters. I contribute to promoting inclusive HR programs like the Equality Plan, aid in the development and implementation of HR policies, and support performance management, including annual reviews. Additionally, I ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system.
