Responsible for strategy, budget and operational management of award-winning wellness and recognition programs across No. America (U.S. and Canada) corresponding to an estimated annual budget of $9 million for nearly 10,000 employees. Lead design, implementation and development of wellness and health improvement programs, which results in improved overall employee health. Managed relationships with multiple vendor-partners.

Responsible for implementation and support of regional learning and competence development programs to support business strategy, ensuring close alignment between business priorities, dollars spent, and outcomes achieved. Supported Ericsson’s global Talent Management process which ensured a strong talent pipeline for the top 250 positions.

Developed academic partnerships with top Universities. Implemented Intern and Co-op program. Defined and arranged recruitment activities including campus events, information sessions and campus interviews. Managed job board postings.
