I took roles in the implementation of the solution developed for the leading company operating in the mobile communications industry in Kazakhstan. The implementation support included the roles and responsibilities in terms of the development of the forms and reports regarding the redesigned Marketing/Strategic Planning /Corporate Communication Departments” business processes. Additionally, I took role in the implementation of the Key Performance Indicators for the Marketing Department employees.

Weekly production schedule assesment, processing and monitoring data for rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP), making time studies, work studies and statistical control charts for machine and manpower performance determination.
