Oversaw over ten research projects, including four RCTs, two training programs, two series of group therapies for health practitioners and patients’ families, and a national mental diseases data registry. I ensured a smooth workflow of administrative tasks, held monthly and occasional committees, and kept our website up to date while supporting researchers with statistical and IT guidance.

I became the first contact for evidence-based decision-making in the hospital, by investing in data culture, taking on several responsibilities, and collaborating with clinical and non-clinical staff to improve healthcare services.

I analyzed over 20 research proposals and cooperated in holding virtual and on-site workshops. Monitored the Celiac Disease Registry and updated the center’s scientific outputs database and website.

Accomplished the transition project to a web-based hospital information system (HIS), by supervising the internal and external stakeholders, including hospital departments, IT team and third-party companies.

As a hospital representative, communicated with the university and external training organizations and administrated the accurate certificates’ issuance and approval. I worked with 6 units, including Human Resources, IT, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology and Occupational Therapy, to conduct workshops, supporting job promotions under HR policies

After a 9-month practical and theoretical Piping Manpower Training in the petrochemical industry, I worked as an estimator and draftsman on a tandem mill overhaul project.

Taught statistics to mathematics, computer science, biology, and management students at two centers.
