Reporting directly to GM, I directed the team of Supply Chain Project Managers. Implemented strategic projects across various departments, from requirement definition to Go-Live, including SW development. Examples: - Defining operations and Warehouse Management Systems for various DC’s - Launching new concept of Make-to-order operations. - Implementing custom-made Optimisation SW for Stock across 2000+ Store Chain (ROI < 1 month). - Selection and implementation of PLM and Demand Planning tools.

I was responsible for the on-line P&L analysis and for both on-line and intranet projects including: - On-Line Outlet Launched in 2006. - Design of Intranet applications to support POS activities including internal franchise ordering system that has now been operating for 6 years. - Implementation of Electronic Invoicing and Document Manager.

Started with “Sales Presentation” Seminar in English and, as a result of student requests, I was recalled for further lecturing and added “Negotiation” Seminars in French.

Telemarketing representative

Created and developed a company as a start up with the objective of providing a complete service to new parents. Although two years later we had to close down the newly created company, it was a vast learning experience. My responsibilities covered many management functions, including all legal aspects, financial, fund raising, human resources (hiring a team of 15 people), project management for design and development of the website back office management tools, as well as liquidating the start up.
