As a brand ambassador I am an approachable interface of the TRATON Group (former Volkswagen Truck & Bus). Our mission as ambassadors is to connect the employees of the different brands of the TRATON Group in order to leverage synergies and improve collaboration. We Ambassadors act as a sounding board (current issues/ barriers/ challenges) to management and share TRATON success stories within the group. We are natural collaborators and co-creator across the brand boundaries.

Digitalization and connectivity in the future, New Business Models As a product strategist I am planning our future digital products, which are customer and market-driven. The strategy defines the direction/ position of the products and what we want to achieve in the market. Establishing the first alignments with executives and other key stakeholders I accelerate the product mission and start projects with the strict link to achieve the high-level business objectives.

Educational support for socially weak families and children for improving school grades. I operated as a mentor and tutor in the ecclesiastical youth center. I also gave tutoring lessons for children in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, German, English, History and Chemistry. Both the individual teaching and the leadership of tutoring groups with up to 7 pupils of different ages and social backgrounds fell into my area of responsibility.
