Assist the Mortgage-backed Securities (MBS) portfolio analysis, cash flow estimations and other related analyses for clients. Conduct company researches and debt researches independently based on clients' needs.

Responsible for client pitching, customer Due Diligence, credit materials preparation. Accomplished 8 new clients pitching, 4 facility customers on-boarding since Nov. 2015. Achieved the deposit award for Q2 2016 with incremental deposit of more than RMB100Mn. Managed a portfolio of more than 20 customers and facilitated transactions with a daily peak of USD300 million. Coordinated cross-department and cross-country projects.

Chosen as a member of Digital Banking initiative project with 2 senior managers (Director and above), responsible for market analysis, competitors analysis, customer interviews. Organized 3 “Lean Startup” workshops with participants of more than 50 people. Successfully led department-wide strategic projects such as budgeting setting, customer experience enhancement, operation process optimisation, covering more than 1,000 employees.

Worked part-time on company credit reports of high-yield bond issuers, including the European car rental company Europcar and top European tourism company TUI.
