R&D Testing lab manager, responsible for budget planning, inventory management, equipment calibration, maintenance, and lab operation. Training and mentoring young engineers. Developing and implementing automated testing rigs for R&D and product validation testing. Designing and conducting R&D tests, performing data analysis, writing testing reports, and presenting results to the team.

Providing process development, support and consultation for plastic ultrasonic welding technology. Working with customers from different industries such as medical, automotive, electronics and consumer products. Performing R&D experiments and product testing, followed by writing detailed engineering reports. Visiting customers sites for installation and process support. Performing root cause analysis on and off site and providing user training to operate ultrasonic welding machines.

As a member of the engineering team I took a part in the NPI process of 40 meter long industrial printer. Converting deigns from R&D to manufacturing process, including exporting of production and assembly drawings. Designing jigs for manufacturing and maneuvering large sub systems of the printer. Design installation tools for precise assembly process on customer site. Working closely and intensively with the R&D and production floor for problem solving online.

As a part of the engineering department, I was responsible for developing mechanical systems to support production lines of film coating and metalizing, improving machine capabilities and therefore increasing product quality and process efficiency.

- Managed a workshop for manufacturing devices and steel structures. - Controlled the fabrication tasks, work schedule as well as managing the raw material inventory. - Carried out quality inspection processes and executed plans to improve production efficiency. - Performed training sessions for new workers. - Worked with technologies such as welding, plasma cutting, drilling, punching, sheet metal bending and grinding. - Designed and built tools and jigs for manufacturing aid.
