- Challenge and develop suppliers in order to improve Cost, Quality and Delivery performance for parts in serial production; - Supplier chain optimization; - Initiate and negotiate product changes, modifications in production phase and participate in Quality Journal projects; - Purchasing activities related to production orders, logistics and financial flows to suppliers; - Supplier risk mitigation; - Segment strategy improvement ; - Ensure implementation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.

- Cost estimation and negotiation, in cooperation with buyer, of body in white, chassis parts and sheet metal tooling; - Cost reduction idea discussion with suppliers (change to a cheaper material, reduce thickness of parts, etc.); - Creation and update of raw material price database and machine hour rate database; - Cost evaluation for technical changes of parts.

- Responsible for the feasibility study about products change/ improvement; - Production profit monthly report (Mercedes Benz Vito and Viano); - Annual budget plan of Production cost.

Management of fixed and intangible assets (all assets higher than RMB 2000) and Construction in progress (plant building, production line building etc.).
