• Launch and manage a new insurance policy (death insurance) which was a new growing market in France leading to a 6% improvement of the agency net income • Negotiate 12% reduction of agency fixed costs by doing a financial audit with the accountant • Reduction of the number of disputes thanks to an improvement of the support and the technical support for the customers, by setting up a new dedicated data.

• Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
