Project work on international legal assistance and data analysis

Conslunting the area of litigation and (international) arbitration proceeding, primarily in the fields of corporate, commercial, contract law, banking and capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, labour law, construction law and inheritance law. Preparation and research for client meetings and court submissions in civil, criminal and public-administrative law.

Legal examination and processing of complex registrations in the legal field of Commercial register (foundations, amendments to the Articles of Association, capital increases, capital reductions, renunciations of limited audits, mergers, transfers of assets, transformations, etc.) as well as monitoring compliance with company law regulations.

Working as an external Consultant for Julius Bär & Co. AG, Zürich in the Competence Center Testing (e.g. support for various projects, testing, reporting, problem management)

Focus on international Law (e. g. European law, international and European civil procedural law, European competition law, European corporate law, international commercial arbitration).
