Responsibilities - User support: office users and Eurasia dealers’ network; - Testing and planning deployment of new products (Software) to dealers’ network; - Purchasing of software, hardware and services from different providers; - Cooperation with different teams, mostly from France and Russia; - Infrastructure planning, servers’ configuration, maintenance; - Support of operation systems: Windows XP/2003/2008, FreeBSD, FreeNAS, Linux.

- On-call support of 10 customers, amongst them Electrolux, United States European Command Office of Defense Cooperation, Brille; - Servers installation, configuration, maintenance and infrastructure planning; - Liaising and resolving problems with ISP providers; - Support of operation systems: Windows XP/2003, FreeBSD, Linux; - Junior administrators’ work management; - Users support: security access management, installations, software and hardware problems detection and resolving.
