I’m responsible for the development of an innovative data-driven product line. In close collaboration with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Front-end teams we build a product that helps our customers to answer the key business questions. The product is based on the power of big data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

I develop the operations support system (OSS) for Swisscom. Responsibilities: Functional and non-functional requirements elicitation, Requirements negotiation, Requirements analysis, Feasibility study, Impact assessment, Requirements traceability, Detailed solution design, Support Development team, Support Quality Assurance, Support End to End testing, Support user acceptance testing (UAT), User and Admin Guide, Estimations, Reporting, Subject matter expertise on pre-sales projects, Preparation of RFPs

Before relocation to Switzerland, I took part in OSS/BSS transformation projects for companies in the USA, Belgium, New Zealand, Macedonia, Argentina, and Russia. My responsibilities varied depending on the project and included not only onsite business analyst tasks, but also system configuration, software testing, and training facilitation. I participated in pre-sales projects, Enterprise Resource Planning development, Work Force Management, Mobile Application development, and several research projects.
