Working with the subtlities of third harmonic generation in extreme tight focusing regime, to see what the far-field distribution pattern of frequency-tippled photons would look like and what law would govern this emission pattern. Working as a post-doctorate in a topic different than my PhD thesis gave me an exceptional opportunity to challenge myself and prove my capabilities.
