Wrote C++ firmware to interface sensors via Arduino Mega 2560 (I2C) and calibration scripts to correct bias. Analyzed accuracy, drift, noise, and robustness; built MATLAB pipelines for trajectory reconstruction and IMU performance comparison, providing sensor selection insights for robotics applications.

Assisted in designing and assembling automated Special-Purpose Machines, including pipe socketing and conveyor systems, integrating sensors, pneumatic actuators, and mechanical components. Debugged Ladder Logic on a Mitsubishi PLC during trial-phase testing, verifying sensor, cylinder, and oven module functionality. Supported machine commissioning and developed 3D CAD models, drawings, and design calculations in SolidWorks and CATIA.

Collaborated with a team to design, assemble, and test a Semi-Automatic Tube Filling Machine, enhancing production efficiency by 35%. Conducted assembly and leakage trials for pneumatically operated PVC Ball Valve Leakage Testing Machines, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
