LLMs for UAS dev, conducting internal user research across organisational levels to define target AI use cases and design principles based on UCD; visualised via the Double Diamond framework, HCAI principles, and the EASA Artificial Intelligence Roadmap 2.0 while prioritising features to balance automation with user control dynamics. Developing a local AI Agent prototype using a self-hosted Open-Weight LLMs & RAG architecture for secure technical knowledge transfer within a restricted defence environment.

Oversaw the end-to-end development lifecycle of multiple VTOL prototypes, scaling from a 3 kg proof-of concept to a 450 kg final validation model. Translated client needs into technical product requirements while managing the procurement of critical components. Developed and implemented comprehensive test cases and flight assessment checklists to ensure operational safety and performance across all prototype stages.
