• Writing a ‘Needs Assessment’ for depression care across London. Complex study of demographic data combined with Psychological surveys, to produce a depression indicator for London- a method of calculating the prevalence of depression across London PCT areas. • Updating the ‘Needs Assessment’ for dementia. Using London-wide SUS as a source, producing a set of data to refresh the document which was originally produced in 2007/08. Additionally conducted a new analysis on the effect of dementia on outcomes.

• Achieved a CQC ‘Annual Healthcheck’ rating of Excellent/Excellent, the highest score given to a mental health trust. • Oversaw implementation of data warehouse and performance management system (Ardentia), from design and testing to report writing. • Implemented new reporting processes to solve numerous performance issues, resulting in a consistent improvement during my tenure. • Undertook a complete audit of all queries behind performance KPI monitoring, resulting in numerous errors in reporting being

• Contracted to conduct a review of the Trusts compliance with NHS Performance Framework for 2010/11. • Reviewed all performance reports currently in place, in respect to Framework compliance. • Set up Operational Performance Dashboard, a report to link together Performance with Operations. • Conducted an internal review of all performance queries, to ensure the match the criteria required.
