- Production of material samples and wafer with Compression Molding - Examination and Evaluation of produced samples with the help from analytical instrument (optical Microscopy, Curvature Measurement with Laser triangulation, thickness control, etc.) - Data analysis, -evaluation and documentation.

- Conducting case studies about human capital management on how Industry 4.0 changes the job trend and its implications on training and education. - Preparing key documents for workshops regarding Quality Management, Learning Factory and Industry 4.0. - Always seeking new information and keeping up to date with the state- of- art and innovations within the field of expertise.

Assembly and Handling of Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker. Quality and Process management of the production of circuit breaker is emphasized during the internship.
